Media Xpose is proud to be a supporter of the following non-profit organisations.
The Children’s Hospital Trust
That champion is the Children’s Hospital Trust.
The Trust was established in 1994 to advance child healthcare through the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital – the first stand-alone tertiary hospital, exclusively for children, in sub-Saharan Africa.
As an independent, registered non-profit organisation, we rely on the benevolence of our donors to fund the Hospital.
When you donate to the Trust, every cent goes towards funding projects and programmes that change children’s lives (and the lives of the people who love them). The operational costs of the Trust are funded from an endowment, so your generous contributions are never used for administration.

The Sunflower Fund
The Sunflower Fund fights blood diseases like Leukaemia through the recruitment of stem cell donors and maintaining a registry of potential donors committed to helping anyone in need of a life-saving stem cell transplant. We fundraise to cover the cost of education and awareness about the need for and the process to become a blood stem cell donor as well as to cover the cost of the HLA tissue-typing test involved in the recruitment of donors.
The Sunflower Fund also maintains a patient support fund to assist patients who are unable to afford costs associated with getting to transplant as well as being actively involved in creating a platform for support structures to assist patients, families and communities.

Even though we’re a charity for children, we understand that parents want nothing more than to help their children in need and cannot do so due to financial restrictions. We aim to positively increase the quality of life for South Africa’s disadvantaged families by encouraging, informing and educating the parents throughout the process.
We are currently based in eleven of the best academic hospitals in South Africa. We continually support the teams of qualified compassionate medical staff by investing in further skills development programs, as well as the purchasing of much needed medical equipment for the departments specialising in plastic and reconstructive surgery within these hospitals.
Our Chief Patron, the late honorable Nelson Mandela had passionately supported Smile Foundation and his wish is that we reach as many children in need as possible. The late Madiba was proudly associated with our charity as he believed that the future of our nation is in the hands of our children.
